Need an expert in woo and Paypal and WordPress to do: 1. Install a new languages set in my WordPress so that my woo store have local language ( there is no option in setting/languages even though my WordPress is latest updated) 2. Set a sandbox in Paypal ( use teamviewer ) and set up so that IPN and payment are accepted between woo >> paypal and vice versa. The final result is my client can buy product in my store and money go to my paypal in local languagues
