Design a Website Mockup

HELLO, I need new design for website This site is intended for religious women who will joined the journey to Uman, Current site based on old Word Press version which we must update to the latest one (Hebrew enabled). The customer would like to keep current function with one new feature that will enable the “keep Shabbat” (during Friday 16:00PM till Saturday 20:00PM & on holydays dates (which are editable) the website will be totally unavailable & visitor will get default page with a message that this site is unavailable during holly days. All forms must continue collecting information & send contacts to customer email address as configured today. The design must be alive with active movements of the flame (in the logo) & the top banner + jquery gallery with image toolbar at the homepage & categories. Also the basic colors will be taken from the customer publish book (attached) with transparency which will keep the site easy to use & view, The customer did like the clean look of [login to view URL] website. The major change in the homepage will include future trips to Uman (which will include 6 future trips as you can see in [login to view URL] website (you can see only 5 there now but can get up to 8, also there will be no prices!!). budget is 120$ - don't bid more
