Data Entry Website

I own a foreclosure posting business and need a website for data entry. We handle about 50 files per day right now and I am using excel to manage everything. It is becoming tedius entering data in 3 different places and then emailing it to myself so I have a backup. I have attached a rough wireframe from a designer I started out with which should help a lot. I have an end of the year deadline on this so if you think this job is for you, please contact me ASAP.
