Convert illustrator maquette in PHP wed page with HTML5

Dears, My graphic designer sent a maquette in illustrator for my new web style. I need convert the illustrator in PHP with html5 and css3. I need put one ajax effects and in the home page an image carousel with 2 images. Buttons and Textbox with css3 effects (colours and specific font type and size). Al text are in spanish languaje. I aprecite experience and cost.
