Convert a Template to a Website

Hi, I need to extract all XML files from the sites in this location: [login to view URL] That is the main site that gather 15 different site links. One of the sites is a file manager with user name & password – in this site you have 9 folders. I need to get out all the files in the folders. The other links are sites and you need to get out all the XML. Notes 1. The sites update the file every 15 min – so I need to extract every 15 min. 2. You need to gather all the files to one server. (we will provide later) 3. If the file is .gz  the xml should be extracted out of it.
