Convert a Template to a Website

We have a simple project of configuring a booking calendar system (Acuity) to allow our clients, who are all over the world and in different time zones, to make bookings with our lawyers, who are in Canberra, for migration assessment interviews at mutually practical times. Payments for the booking are made with a credit card using the associated payment system of Stripe (which does not need a related bank merchant account). The system needs to be embedded on our website (Joomla). The work involves configuring Acuity and Stripe to reflect our particular needs, and then placing it on our website, and is not a big or complex task. Another company is using the same service in the way we want to use it, and this provides a working model. We have an existing payment system linked to a Commonwealth Bank merchant account that we want to keep (for client payments of our professional fees [as opposed to the calendar and interview booking system]) but would want to replace our interview booking system with the new system.
