We need to create professional plain HTML template for ebay listings. We have current ebay template which includes active content ( Java scipr, flash and other ) . Ebay does not allow from next year to use templates with active content. New template needs to be without any active content like JavaScript, Flash, plug-ins and form actions. Has to be mobile friendly It also must allow to drag and drop pictures in it.
