Catering Website

We need a website created for a caterer that provides on and off premises catering, as well as party & event planning service, and rentals for all types of parties and events. We are a small Catering business Rebuilding. We want to get the eye of the military that is local, and businesses mainly. We will take parties but we mainly deal with businesses. We want a website where they can subscribe and unsubcribe to our newsletter, quote page submition,,menu page, gallary, About us, contact us and a order page. We also want samples made up for us to see and look over. We have yahoo hosting we need a designer mainly. The challenging part of the project is that we would like the ability to update menu's, pricing and replace photos ourselves. We will not have the ability to change the layout, but have the ability to format the text (i.e. bold, italics etc.). The website must be very classy, tasteful flash accents would be nice.
