Carpet cleaning business web site design

We are designing a new web site of about eight pages for a local carpet cleaning business web site. We would like the following: 1. Three original home page designs, which can be done as graphics or as html 2. After choosing the design we like the most, we would like the chosen design to be built out as site templates in HTML 3. Final delivery would include html templates, graphics, original .PSD, a sliced version, together with any fonts etc that were used.
