I have PSD (photoshop) template and i want this into html5 template.
I want this html template to sell on themeforest.
i will pay you only if this template will be approved by themeforest. I will not pay you if they reject it, so i need someone with experience on this.
I want to have :4-5 pages home style, 2-3 blog style, shop (woocommerce all pages), contact 2 pages, and others page from my menu,
I want to be full responsive, valid w3c, no errors, nice code, fewer css/js to have higher note in gtmetrix (if possible 100),, no errors to render visibility in google insights, parallax
i send 2 images and i will work on others

PS: i want good quality to sell on themeforest.
After html i want to be build theme on wordpress, and i can work with you in the future and we can split the money.
