Website Overall The objective is to achieve a very high quality standard of website that is sharp looking, easy to read, class, and user-friendly. Colours Standardised - the sample colours for all pages, background, buttons, words, captions, etc...All must be submitted for approval prior to use. See sample attached. Fonts Standardised -the types and sizes of fonts. All must be submitted for approval prior to use. See sample attached. Watermark The watermark (“xyz”) is to cover all the background space on each page for print-out as well as the space on either side of the monitor screen of the actual computer. Top Section: Logo & Name (The logo as adopted) Login – Password and email address (include “Forgot password” functionality) Print Button (To be standardised on all pages in same colour) All webpages are A4 size in print-out (with some exceptions i.e. FAQs) Language - All ad templates must be able to be switched to English or Mandarin (with actual translation. Not Google). Bottom Section Allow a small section box for fixed banner advertisement. This is uploaded as one insert. The ad will rotate within the website at random. Have a standard ad that says: “This space is available. Email: xyz Menus to be listed on top of page Home (Select categories, locations, find subject, and search) Get Started (3 sections: registration to view; registration to open business account; and to receive alert notifications). View Ads (allow summary with maximum 10 ads per A4 page with website header). View Summary (allow summary of all ads – one line per ad; available by date, month, category, and designated locations) Post Ads (special template with tool bars) Payment (allow for different types: Paypal, credit card, credit voucher, & invoice) My Account (2 sections; (i) for viewing only and (ii) business account) Customer Account (hidden – office use only. This records all entries, date, ID for ads placed, cost of ads, Invoice sent, reminders, sent, payment received, amount outstanding, action taken, etc. Complete history of customer) FAQs (Answers to questions will be shown which clicked and remind shown) Contact Us (Have a selection panel for: Delete Advertisement, Deregister, Delete Alert, Complaint, Feed Back, Accounts, Request, and Other) Menus to be listed on the bottom About Us User Agreement General Rules & Policies Privacy Policy Trademark & Copyright Social Media Facebook Twitter Youtube LinkedIn Email to a friend Advertising Template There is only one size template – A4 size. The template is divided into 6 sections: 1. header 2. body text (words and/or picture) 3. upload photos / videos 4. contact details 5. location 6. link Each section, the user can select: background colour; type of fonts, and size of fonts. Tool – allow for adjusting margin on the sides of the text. Block indentation only. Tool – allow the user to upload the entire page onto the template as 1 whole section. PDF – user can email copy of template to third party or print out as a flyer. Show Ad Ref. number and date of publication on top of page in small print. Ad Ref. number is automatically allotted when ad is placed and payment processed. Control Panels Control Panels would be required for Manager to administer the website Password sensitive.
