Build an Online Store

I need serious WooCommerce or possibly merging or making a new website into Magento. Not sure yet. I know what I want but need someone to put it in place and work with me through Skype no exception. We are a basketball hoop company selling online through a new website. Short deadline. A lot of product migration from other existing website. PDF needs to be corrected such as logo address and phone number. Extensive Shopping cart and plugins through out the site. Person needs to be available. Images, Videos etc. Lot of back end set up of inventory controls etc.. This website is product driven and not beauty design necessarily.
