Build an Online Store

Hi, We are looking to revamp our current website ([login to view URL]) and add an online store and job/order system. The order system would be similar to what's used often for pizza delivery restaurants. A simple system where customers can track the status of their order(s). With several small additional option, basically the job system would have to look something like: Customer logs in and places a new order: Job ID#: To be assigned automatically Date: To be assigned automatically Customer needs to fill in: Job name: Customer's ref or PO no. Quantity: Specifications: Delivery address: -> Customers address on file is already given, but customer can revise if needed Special packaging requirements: Additional remarks: Possibility to: • Click 'RUSH' order -> priority job for an extra fee • Upload PO • Upload artwork (30MB per order max) • Upload data • Leave messages (both customer and Cardimpulz) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job status: 1. New order 2. Order waiting for details from customer 3. Order waiting for proof approval 4. Order in production 5. Order is dispatched --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job system options: • Once job has been dispatched, it needs to move to an 'archive'. But still accessible, so customers would be able to log in, view and be able to click 're-order', so a new job with the same specifications is automatically created. • Messages left, status change and/or files being uploaded will result in email sent to customer and Cardimpulz. • Customer can only see their own jobs, Cardimpulz has overview of all jobs currently in production (status 1 to 4). • Customer has an overview with their jobs and the expected dispatch dates • link in order to forwarder/TNT tracking to track shipping status
