Build an Online Store

The homepage of the website is a landing page with general information that would link to the retail and wholesale sections of the site. Going to [login to view URL] gives you the corporate site, we would need to have different pages such as Home , General Information , Recipes ,News & Updates , Info on Nuts & Dry Fruits , Company , Contact Us. There would be also two links to the wholesale and retail shops targeting the B2B and B2C shops of the domain, we recommend that there are subfolders in the site for SEO reasons. (/wholesale and /retail) We would use one template, that would cater to three different sections of the site. with English and French across the whole site. We have the design for the site but we would want to setup the infrastructure and add a few products from the main Amira site to showcase the products in the wholesale and retail, so they can follow through with the instructions of adding products in each section including the different languages. The difference in retails and wholesale is that you need to be logged in for wholesale if possible and then you can buy in bulk, which means working with different quantity scales and weights. (Check wholesale and retail process description below) There would a registration form for the wholesale so wholesalers "buyers" can request access and would be provided access when needed by creating a username and password in the backend to grant access to the wholesale section. The wholesale is for wholesalers and each wholesaler get a special price so we will avoid showing the prices completely Wholesale process - Prices are not shown - Wholesale products are different than Retail products - To put order through, client must login (User name and Password created at company and provided to client) - Order will go to a sales desk or can be processed by a sales person at the sellers premises. (Cart process sends an email or shows up in the backend) -Client can still see his history of orders - No price or weight calculations are done on the wholesale side - Placing an Order will generate an order request for their order desk (goes to an email and shown in the backend in one place) - Backend, we can filter by retails orders or wholesale orders Retail Process In the Retail side the purchase workflow is standard - Prices are shown - Orders will be processed online , using a payment gateway - Shipping will most likely be a flat fee or based on a formula (To be decided) - Customer can view his order history - Payment to be processed at checkout - Order workflow standard, send an email to client and shown in the backend - Backend , orders can be filtered by wholesale or retail Workflow of order shipping and purchases follow standard ecommerce workflows Hosting setup We need to setup the site on OVH hosting, this will include setup instructions or help, as we would like to make sure the site is as fast as possible. We would need all documentation for setup, changing content, or modifications as well.
