A Basic Web Application in Springs and Hibernate

It is a very basic web application with the following features-
1. Has two pages, the first one gets user details like Name, Email, Phone no. etc and adds them to the database. The email ids should be unique. If the user tries to enter an email id that already exists, then an appropriate error message should be shown on the same page. This happens on the following address
http://localhost/portno/[url removed, login to view]
The second one fetches user details based on his/her email id, this happens on the following address
http://localhost/portno/[url removed, login to view]
Please use Java Springs, Hibernate and MySQL as database for this.
