Add Gift Registry Image Upload and Display Option to 3D Cart Ecommerce Site

We have an existing ecommerce website powered by 3D Cart.

For our Gift Registries section, we would like to add an input field that will allow the registrant to upload a photo of themselves (Bride and Groom for example) on the registry edit page, and then have the image shown on their actual registry page when viewed by customers.
There is a place to host images on the site. I can pull any relevant html and css files from the ftp server. Or I can possibly look into getting you a limited login to view the necessary sections of the website admin interface to view/edit the html files.
3D Cart has an upload file feature as part of product options. I could create a dummy product with this feature and publish it if this would be helpful in analyzing the code and/or using part of it for this feature.
