Designer Assistant - hourly

I need a short-term worker to help finish some projects and clear schedules. The skills required are general HTML, web design and Wordpress skills. I will bank 20 hours for you to complete a number of assigned tasks. I will release payments upon completion of the tasks. If things work well, we can reload and do some more work. This will be paid using the hourly rate system. I am looking specifically for non-us worker who will be glad to make between $7 and $10usd per hour. Please bid accordingly. All assigned work will be give an hourly value that is reasonable for the work assigned. I expect honest dealings in terms of utilizing time wisely. Anyone chosen must sign and non-disclosure and non-contact document which protects our business and is required. IMPORTANT: I am looking for INDIVIDUAL FREELANCERS ONLY; teams or companies need not apply.
