article research and site building

I need someone to help me build a very large site - with articles from other sites that have been syndicated.

The site would be losely based around 'local advice'

There would be sections on every topic you can think off.

Fiance, telecoms, web design, children, homes etc........

This project would be yours to run with - I would not want to have much input - just see a site growing bigger all the time.

You tasks would be to:

1. Create the pages arround my design

2. Add meta tags and titles etc.....

3. Research a good source of articles

4. Find white label or public domain articles that can be purchased or used.

I would like to set a budget of $200 per month.

I need to know how many hours you can provide for this.
