Advisor/Consultant for a Community Website Creation

We need advisors or someone who is creative in prviding website consultation services. I am planning to create a website that will be used as a directory of community buisnesses and as a market place for the communities that ethnic minority people are currently living in, such as the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France and UK, etc. I have in mind some ideas and questions to discuss. The site should have some freatures to attract the community poeple who are living outside of their own country, esp for ethinc monority people who are currently residing overseas. The site will update the visitors about the developments of their own country and their own communities they are living in. Among various contents, I would like the site to have a travel and a news section that covers the news or latest developments from the homeland country to update the visitors.
