Add Watchers to an Ebay Listing

Hello, I am looking for someone who can get me 286 Ebay Watchers for an auction I will list on [login to view URL] The requirements are: - those 286 people must have an ebay account. - they have to log into their ebay account at ebay. - They must visit my auction page and click the "Watch this item" link. They WILL NOT BID on the item! If they do bid, they are going to win the item and I expect them to pay. So, please NO BIDDING. Just Watching. Also, these people must be as legit as possible. In other words, Ebay must not suspect anything funny. I need this to be accomplished within 7 days MAX. Ideally adding about 25 watchers per day. Not all at once. Please only bid if you know what ebay is, know how it works and fully understand the task. Budget is $30 max. (15 cents for each watcher) Auction URL will be provided before projects starts.
