CMS, API call GetActiveClientMemberships

Below are several options: 1. A new client signs up online for a membership via a hyperlink from your website. Our software will automatically generate a membership code and send the new member an email with the membership code. a. When the new member arrives at your facility they will simply type their member code via a key pad. Our software will verify their membership (via their membership #) and unlock the door if it is valid. 2. A new client signs up online for a membership via a hyperlink from your website. An auto email will be generated to let the business owner know that a new member has signed up online. The business owner can then sign in to the business side of the software, assign a membership card to the new member (the “membership” card can be an RFID card also known as a proximity card), and send the membership card via mail. The “membership” card becomes active as soon as you assign it to the member. At this point in time there is no additional verification process that can be enabled to ensure that the person who received the card via mail is the person who signed up online. 3. A new clients comes to the business and you or your staff sells a membership directly to the new client in a face to face transaction. Once the membership has been sold you can manually assign a membership card (door access card with RIFD) to the new member. That membership card will grant them door access without any additional verification process needed (as long as the membership is valid). NOTE: We work with a third party technology partner Passport ([login to view URL]) for door access solutions. Passport technologies have already integrated via our API, so I simply need to purchase the appropriate hardware from them. If I simply want to sell memberships directly from your website you can connect your MINDBODY software via a simple hyperlink. If you want to verify that someone is a member before they “enter” your website you will need to use the API call GetActiveClientMemberships. In this case you will always have to sell your memberships directly to your clients. At this point this is all of the information that we can provide to you and your web developers.
