Members of the sales team interact from time to time with these four entities:  The customer: The sales team interact with customers to provide them with information about goods, and payment and delivery options, and, when a customer’s choices are finalised, to finalise the sale and to arrange delivery of the purchased goods, if required.  The warehouse: The sales team need to check the availability (i.e. stock on hand) for all the goods needed to fill an order. All stock is located in a warehouse separate from the store, except some small appliances which a kept at the store.  The supplier: For stock that is not immediately available, the sales team will interact with a supplier, via the warehouse, to place an order for the required stock.  The delivery service: When the goods are available, the sales team will contact the delivery service, if necessary, with details of the customer and the purchased goods, and arrange for the delivery of the goods to the customer.
