CMS Website Required

I am re-posting this project from earlier this year as we had to reshuffle our marketing. We would like to have this project completed by the end of August latest, however if you can complete sooner then that would be preferable. I am looking for a freelancer to design and build our new Company Website. The current website site ([login to view URL]) is based on a proprietary CMS. I would like to work with someone to develop a new site based on a CMS such as Drupal/Joomla/Wordpress etc similar to our current site. In additional to this, the website will need to have the following features: 1. Customers should be able to go on to the website and register for events through an online form (which the admin can create for each new company event). 2. When the Customer registers, this information is to be stored in a format that can be extracted as a .csv file. 3. Once the registration form is submitted, the Customer should also receive an email confirming their registration. 4. The Customer should also receive a calendar appointment (e.g. Outlook appointment) or have a link provided in the above email from where they can download the appointment. 5. I also would like to enable Customers to download documents I have uploaded, but I would want them to fill in a contact details form before allowing them to download the file. 6. The marketing Team should be able to design and create the forms, automatic email responses and automatic calendar appointments - this may be a standard template. 7. There should be a secure area for Staff who should be able to login using their Active Directory login details. this secure area will only contain links to useful company urls. 8. I expect the marketing team to be able to customise the home page banner with links and new images and video clips from YouTube. 9. I would like to ensure our website makes full use of social networking using our Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube accounts. 10.
