design online store for an IT shop, selling computers etc.

I need an online store design for an IT store based in the UK, selling refurbished laptops and computors, full design will be needed, template photographs and finishing the logos, we have two domains we would like to use but going to the same website, but displaying the appropriate logo and domain name but using the same database on the same server. UK shipping methods that work and quote accurately are required and Paypal for payments etc. I have only a small budget to try to make this venture work simple logo concept attached, needs finishing
