Design new magento store and transfer info from Volusion.

I need help migrating Volusion store to Magento. You will need to design the new store, migrate all the products with the category, child products, inventory etc… over to the new store. I have hostgator already so we can either test the store on my server or your server. Some features highlights – It is important that when you respond, you answer yes to all of these features - “Quick views” a quick summery product pop up - sticky bar at the bottom of the page that does not scroll when the page scrolls. It will contain social media, news, recent views, chat - Live chat function - Better production option using option matrix similar to Volusion. The default way to adding sizes is too time consuming. Please see my attachment on what I have in mind for the design. Here are the main features I like to have. - Main page scrolling gallery - Start here – it allows customers to start refining categories such as the style and price and sizes. It should be easy to add and subtract. - The help me choose takes you to a blog posting that has tutorials. - Drop down menu - Large cart with item count o Pop up cart when hovering mouse - The bottom gray bar does not scroll with the rest of the page, it will stay at the bottom at all view on every page. - QUICK VIEW – every product shows a large quick view icon so customer can see a quick pop up window where they can see the detail of the products. - Area to include trusted badges such as bbb and google PRODUCT page o Main squared image wither alternate views o Associated style such as colors. o Detail Tab o Contact US tab, our phone or a quick form they can fill out to send us message. This should be modifiable on ONE LOCATION. o Shipment info, this should be modifiable on ONE LOCATION. o VIDEO – I did not include this in my sample but I need room to add youtube videos. - show associated styles such as colors on each product listing photo thumbnail - refine search on the side bar - One page checkout - Google and paypal checkout options - Coupon code and free shipping over x amount - Gift card - Affiliate BACK END - I need a way to add size option faster; the default way is too slow I need to be able to add size similar to Volusion. Similar to this plugin but with the ability to enter quantity before finalizing the process. My site is fashion on budget so it should not look to classy but younger, urban and punk feel.
