Changes to 3d cart template + store operations test

I am looking to hire someone who finish the customization of a 3dcart template, I have done a lot of the work myself already and I need someone who can assist with minor changes., ie font changes - style and size, move tables, add slideshow to home page (have code already, just dont know where to put it), change background color of homepage, remove product review function, right now the product page comes up first instead of the homepage (I need that fixed). Text added to body of about us page, and text formatted on body of home page, and adding links to the disaster preparedness page. Once these aesthetic changes are completed I need assistance running tests to make sure everything is functional, ie. automated ordering from distributors, shipping confirmations, shipping calculations, order confirmations.
