We are running an commerce website with Big Commerce and are looking to integrate Australia Post eParcel into our system. What we need is to be able to export a custom CSV file with order information, so that we can import it into the eParcel system. Basically, each order needs 2 rows, with custom columns. The brief is attached for what is required for the CSV file but it is not as comprehensive. We only need to mandatory fields. Also, some of the fields in the CSV file will be constant. For example, one of the columns in the CSV will always have the value of C. Thanks. Please see details attached in PDF
