API/Paypal integration with giving form from website.

I had someone on here try to integrate my website form to be sent to paypal for payment which works, however I need a form sent to us as well that gave us the breakdown from the website form. so far you fill out the form, it goes to paypal, you can pay and the money goes into our paypal account, however we are not getting consistant emails with the breakdown. Sometimes we get none at all, and sometimes we get some that is blank, then every now and then we get one that is correct. We need this to work perfectly. A run down. I have a church website with a giving page. We need them to be able to put a certain amount in the giving page and then pay through our paypal account. Then we need paypal to show the breakdown and send us an email so we know where to distribute the funds. We would like it where when they go to the paypal payment screen that it would show the breakdowns of the donations there and so when we print our paypal reports we have all the proper breakdowns.
