Ad driven site to generate $30-50/day from ads.

Project Description: I'm looking for a very experienced professional that is an expert Google Adsense website creator and able to create 1 Ad driven site that must generate AT LEAST $30 USD per day. DON'T BID IF YOU WANT AN ADVANCE BEFORE YOU START THE PROJECT. WE discuss how we arrange the payments if award you the bid. The site must be fully operational with minimal intervention on my part. All practices should ensure that my account will be in good standing. Terms: - Write the SEO optimized content, fully configure and update the website as needed to continue generating at least the minimum long term. - Only WHITE HAT SEO Techniques. - You MUST follow google adsense rules and regulations. - Website must have 100% Organic traffic clicks. no bots, automated or traffic exchanges, traffic buying/trading sites or paid services, NO Black Hat or Grey Hat techniques. - Do not use any illegal methods to drive traffic generate clicks on website. - No pharma, violence, gambling, adult related content as dictated by adsense rules - Site must generate income for the long term with AT LEAST $30 to $50 USD per day. - Design must be neat and optimized to attract people to click on the ads - Unique organic traffic through search engines (no bots or traffic buy sites) Terms & Conditions: I will pay the amount of your bid ONLY AFTER we discuss how you will implement that and I see the website the ads and how will ut work: a). I receive the first Ad cheque and b). All terms have been met successfully, and c). I see consistent income in my Ad account, and d). If my account or website is not blocked by Google or Ads company I will also hire you and pay you a monthly fee for maintenance of the websites if you continue to generate more Adsense income.
