this is a three stage project:
stage 1: basic process and design to be delivered by 31 January (beta)
stage 2: add-on features and functions
stage 3: on-going support.
For this tender, we invite you to quote on stage 1. we have a 70 page powerpoint document including system specification and wireframes. Our previous web developer (who had to resign for personal reasons) estimated a total of 360 hours for the development, including bug fixing and fine-tuning of system. Current unfinished work is developed on a Drupal 7 framework. But we would also consider getting the system rebuild on a different platform.
We are also looking for a top notch graphic designer for the site. So if you can do this, as well, then please specify so in your quote.
Stage 2 and 3 work will also go to the successful applicant, assuming Stage 1 is a success.
