This app will be on an android smartphone that has cell coverage. It purpose is to monitor a remote unmanned location. It take 3 pictures /day , and collect 24 bytes of info via Bluetooth every 2 min. once per hour any data collected or picture taken will be sent to a website. If the phone is texted or called it will send any data it has to the website. Any authorised person will be able to access the website via password , and if possible the phone to see a video of what it is aimed at . I need someone to write the app and the website programs. All the source code and documentation will be my clients intellectual property . I am not sure what this will cost, so I am guessing it is a small project.
