Creating 5 Landing Pages

We wish to have 5 landing pages created and below are our requirements ( 1 will be immediate niche specific and will provide details later once acceptance) You must be aware of the elements of design and basic design principles in order to create the backbone of a profitable landing page design. All the usual requirements of the landing page are essential, auto-responder, opt in box, capture readers attention, email responsibility statement, The page must be mobile responsive, keyword specific and load quickly with automatic thank you messages. PLR content to be able to capture leads via the email opt-in. We may wish to use reports, video audio book incentives etc. would discuss per landing page. Split test need to have 2 very similar landing pages to see which converts the best Incorporate social media links to our landing page e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter Background suggestions A thank you page when visitors give their email address to which we wish to give offers relating to the main page topic plus banners / affiliate links plus pictures of applicable eBooks to show continuation and re-assurance to visitor plus adobe reader link. 5 Header images one for each static page on the website (must be original or royalty free and source required). Possible pop ups - none irritating that would deter any further investigation of the landing pages (please give your suggestions) Secure PayPal integration facility. Therefore the landing pages must be for where a problem meets a solution - a main page, thank you page and download page plus being introduced to other content on offer, possible downloadable audio versions of eBooks may be required as and when. This is the first of many projects so I am looking for someone who can work with us on a long term basis, has excellent Freelancer history and good English communication skills We have hosting and are familiar with basic WordPress and updating pages. We want to be able to manage / update the website ourselves and a bit of coaching to us on how some of the WordPress details work where applicable would be most appreciated.
