Create and manage a lead generating website Dec14

Hi Freelancers, I am looking for a few lead generation experts both individuals and teams to create leads for my Mortgage Broking business. My clients are people wanting home loans who live in Sydney Australia. You will be in charge of developing a website to generate leads with little input from me. Some of the tasks you'll make decisions on are, layout, images, content, copy writing, SEO. This will ultimately give you full creativity and opportunities to earn as much cash bonus as possible. I’m outsourcing the lead generation activities to you, but to manage our Privacy Policies effectively, we will maintain ownership of the domain names and websites. I also ask that the details that are submitted by the site visitors are only seen by my company. Here are the tasks that you will be responsible for: 1. Pick your search words that the business’s target market will search for. You’ll be looking for search words from people living in Sydney Australia 2. Select your domain name - We’ll proceed to purchase the domain name and you’ll get access to build the landing page. 3. Create the landing page or website to encourage visitors to complete an online form. The website requires a certain level of professionalism and contain specific legal disclosures. 4. Continue to refine and develop the website to increase traffic and improve conversion rate. What’s on offer: You’ll be paid a base pay of $2 p/h AUD so you are receiving a nominal amount for your work plus a $80 bonus for each successful client that obtains a loan with my business. Bonuses will be paid using milestones. Here is an example of how much bonus you can earn. - Your site attracts 500 visitors per month - 15 complete the online form, assuming a 3% conversion rate - Assuming only 3 obtain a loan you will receive $240 in bonuses per month. You’ll receive a monthly report that will contain information about the number of leads received from the website and the stage those leads are in completing the loan. The report will also give transparency about bonuses as well as data to refine the landing page/website to generate more leads. Please note that bonuses are paid when a loan is obtain by the client, not for the number of leads. As you build a steady increase of visitor flow to the website, with the anticipated conversion rates, you can generate significant monthly payments. You can also focus on improving the conversion rate to further increase the cash bonus you receive each month. Since my business only makes money when clients obtain loans using our service we are determined to convert all leads to completed loan clients. It makes sense to build a trusted relationship with freelancers who are good at what they do and we want to use their services well into the future.
