basic website creation

Hi I just need an website with 3 menu items and each page having only 2 lines of text and a video as background and text needs to appear on it or if you have any better solution that was also aceptable i will provide all the gaphic content if any required. This project was an very small one so I dont expect to pay much for that as its not even 1 day work. the site that I wish this to be like was [login to view URL] I will contact all the serious bidders so please add text "i can do this " as the first word of your message so I will contact you.
