Create a responsive pelican (jinja2) theme out of a few HTML files.

This is a very straightforward project for people familiar with jinja2 themes. I need to create a theme made out of a few static HTML files (no more than 5). All the required assets will be provided and I will be available at any time for guidance if need be. I have attached a screenshot from one of the files. You may spot that the project calls for a contact form to be at the footer, but no actual back-end functionality is required for now (just the design). Also, the site will be available in both English and Spanish, but there's no need to worry about translating it. All I need is a clean, responsive jinja2 based template that I can then use to finish up the site.
