Create CRM backend for existing website.

We are looking for someone to create a CRM and a small Service for our existing website. The front-end website allows users to sign in and take "courses" which are assigned to them and their scores are stored in the database for future use. Candidates should have strong knowledge in ASP.NET/MVC 4+, Entity Framework, and SQL Server 2008 or greater. They should be able to work with minimal supervision, excel at paying attention to details, and be able to deliver the project on time. We do not have the luxury of releasing this late so meeting the project deadline is of utmost importance. Candidates should write clean, documented code as the CRM will be managed by another developer in the future so they must be able to understand what's going on in the code fairly easily. The CRM would consist of basic CRUD operations on database entities, ability to reset user passwords, assign users to courses, view database entities in details (Customer info, User info, etc.), create custom pricing packages per customer, send mass emails, and more. The service will consist of fairly basic routines. We need something in place that sends email reminders (every x days about upcoming courses), and weekly summary reports (which users have passed, failed, etc.). It will basically be a notification service that will run on our web server all the time. Full project scope will be provided once we select the candidate and move forward. The project needs to be completed no later than December 28, 2014 and that includes testing by us (testing should take less than a day). We need to be able to have this solution implemented and live on January 1, 2015. We are not looking for suggestions on how to make our current site better or database changes/technology changes. We like candidates who understand what we are trying to accomplish and that can make suggestions that are in line with what we are doing.
