Convert a Template to a Website (Luxury Marketplace)

Hello future candidate, I am in the process of starting a Luxurious Marketplace website for the wealthy. the website will be something similar to [login to view URL] but of course, Way more appealing. I want to have different sections, one for Dealers/companies, and one for private sellers, just like jamesedition.com. I want people to be able to register,and have post permissions to post under the category. We will have about 10 different categories just as how you see on the example site above. Ofcourse, I wish to have several posting package plans that will allow users/dealers to pay via "woocommerce" plugin, redirected to Paypal for payment. EVERYTHING you see on jamesedition, we will be offering. so I want all the categories they have. It would be cool to An image representing each category, but its not mandatory. I want to have a section to show a Featured Agent just like jamesedition, and featured properties.. ( listers will pay extra to be featured on the front bottom of the side) featured listings should just be rotating. Each Listing should look somewhat like this - [login to view URL] NOTE: YOU WILL NOT BE DEVELOPING THIS FROM SCRATCH! YOU WILL BE GIVEN A WORDPRESS PREMADE TEMPLATE THAT WILL WORK WITH THE SET UP OF THIS PROJECT! 0 BUGS, TONS OF FEATURES. BASICALLY YOU ARE JUST CONVERTING A FULLY BUILT THEME INTO A MARKETPLACE FOR WEALTHY SELLERS AND BUYERS! THE SITE SHOULD BE IMPLEMENTED WITH A MARKETPLACE FEEL, IT SHOULD LOOK CLEAN, LUXURIOUS, ORGANIZED, APPEALING, PROFESSIONAL. THEME PROVIDED WILL BE RESPONSIVE. I WANT ALL LISTERS/MEMBERS/DEALERS TO BE ABLE TO SUBMIT A POST WITH THEYRE ITEM AND BE ON A PENDING STATUS UNTIL PAYMENT CLEARED, AND APPROVED BY A MODERATOR. I BELIEVE WORDPRESS ALREADY HAS THIS FEATURE TO APPROVE POSTS! THIS WILL ALLOW TO KEEP SPAM OFF THE LISTINGS!
