Build a Website

I am looking for a shopping cart application. Main Aim is to use HTML, JavaScript, JavaScript frameworks(if needed), Java(I want java to handle some shopping cart logic and should also be able to communicate with data base like storing the data and get back the values) and SQL server database, Application Server will be a choice of the programmer. If any one interested in this project, I need a Proof of Concept(POC) to confirm the project with you. The sample page will be the home page for my project which contains a header, footer and left navigation and main content page. The Header should have a sample logo and some user navigation links, Footer should have a contact page and some social links( links need not to be working for POC). Main content page should be a scrollable page which will list all the available products (ex: take the clothing industry, Mens Womens clothing). Left bar should contain filters(depending on the cost or availability), sorting(price low to high) and categories( Mens: shirts, Tees, Polos, Jeans etc.., Women: similar to Mens categories)
