Build an Online Store for a florist

I'm in need for an online store to be made using a CMS that can be easy to use and manage and add images and text very easily, Whilst also having the joys of a website that can take payments online with nice handling. and a very colourful and bright flowery design. I will need: A nice menu display of things you can order. Categorized orders Image gallery for the flowers that we are selling. This is a cheap website as I can't be bother to make it. I don't have time to do this. No high offer. Lowest bid wins.
