Need someone to upload a purchased theme from Apptha.

This theme has been purchased but have no clue how to install. We need to know how to get magento setup and then also need to have this theme installed. We currently have a magento go login but dont know if thats the correct platform.
Need to have the freelancer create a magento account, upload the theme, have it ready to go, then we give them a domain which it redirects to and all admin rights after that.
