Build a CSS for bootstrap

I require someone to make me a custom CSS for boostrap templates, Shall be similar to this: [login to view URL] With following principles in mind. 1. I don't want to be bound to classes in basic HTML markup, as I might change template in future. 2. I am using Markdown and I don't want anything else but to use Markdown. 3. The page must be as effective as this one: [login to view URL] or similar to sales pages such as from Clickbank. 4. Help me be the text writer, that such text converts to high contrast, readable, much emphasized and beautiful text. With following options: 1. To be able to change within template (by variables) the background image. And front image (behind Jumbotron). 2. To have single column below. 3. To have readable font in the column by default. Font shall be UTF-8 to be used in many countries. 4. It shall easily pass the Google page speed tests for readability and mobility; 5. I need to get style (CSS) which I can use inline without specifying all the classes, ids, etc. The style shall be sales style, putting much attention on what is being said. See example: [login to view URL] (not enough good for me) See this example: [login to view URL] as that is kind of purpose for the template, pretty good, not perfect. So many times inside it is used "class" etc. You have to understand I use markdown, I need to be able to type text and get the page You would work with me, one by one, tag by tag, until you have made good, readable, visible, basic HTML tags that are used in markdown, so that I can easily write sales pages. Project budget is small in beginning, with good award upon completion.
