designer needed for ad hoc work

I need a freelance designer to do regular work for us. I want to work with the designer directly, so if you a representative for a company, or looking to give the work to someone else, please do not respond. The successful freelancer should be able to work on adobe suite of products, create original work, modify existing graphics, create animated gifs, flash work etc. Freelancer should also be able to suggest new layouts for existing websites, and improve existing sites. This is a long term relationship. You need to be available for communication (either skype IM or MSN live) between 9am - 1pm Eastern US Time (GMT -5) immediate current requirement: - re create animated gif from existing. - propose new layout for a page on existing website. an advantage is experience in Joomla templates (advanced level) The work will start asap.
