design a logo and header for a website

hi all, what i need is a logo and a header design (not really a design - just to do it technicly). i would need the logo as a seperated file as well - so i can use it to business card design in the future. the width should be 892 piccells. the hight - little less then what is in the temporary website (see link below) i know the logo i want . there are cople of files attached files. the first one is an example website - wich our header should look very much like the header is there. the second file attached (file name: logo ATL) - is how the logo should be looking like (again - final visual should be very much like the one at the exemple website) the other files are pitures of us - should be on the right hand side of the header. i would think - in order to use this pic - the pic backround should be like the other beckround of the header. please make sure the header is not too many kilobytes. i would prefer - up to 100 kb. for the future website looks - i will send you an email with the link would be happy to get your respond thanks zvika
