clothing designer and web designer

Hi We are about to launch a new fashion label to the world. It will be unlike any other label on the market today....i cant say to much at this point as some one may steal our idea. i am looking for Clothing Graphic designers And Web Designers. What am I looking for in a clothing graphic designer?: I am only interested in working with people who are passionate about design and who would consider working on a commission basis initally. I will need to see samples of your work and i will ask you to submit design based on basic themes i will give you. What am i looking for in a web designer?: I need a people who are at the top of the web design field. You will likely be young and very talented. You will be payed on a commission basis and you will be excited about the option of getting your site or sites looking and working well and making a nice residual income from your hard work.
