New PSD Design to website

Hi there,
I am currently having a website, which I run as a spare time project. Im not making money on the website, besides small amounts from google ads, which I use to pay for hosting.
The site is a place for danish boat owners, where they can find information about places to put their boat into the water.
I would like to give the site a complete makeover, but my graphics skills is not the best, and therefor I am looking for someone who will help design a PSD file, so I can start program the new website.

I am looking for a more modern / professional design. I am completly open for any colors, and design.
But just have in mind that the engine of the entire site is the big Google map where all places are showing up.
My idea was to make the new site within 1000-1200 pixel wide.
Graphics should be something with boats, trailering boats, or putting a boat into the water from a car with trailer. (vector graphics is great.)
The new design should contain the following:
- login
- showing rss feeds from other sites
- misc. information
- place to show pictures
- place / link to forum
From the PSD file you deliver, I will be able to program the website myself.
