Design a professional photo sharing & E-commerce website

Bidders must have experience with Amazon Web Services!!!!!!!!!!!! I am looking to make a photo sharing website similar to Flickr, Smugmug, 500px, and Instagram. I have attached a few MOCK designs on how I am envisioning the site to look. Of course, this does not include all of the designs for the functionalities that I would like. This is just a simple mock up of what I had as an idea in my mind. Therefore, some of the leg work for the designing process has been made however I would like some fresh, modern, and clean designs as well such as buttons, social network icons, favicons, and so forth (3d buttons, rounded corners on the shapes, etc...). I would like a modified mock up based off of mine as well. I can provide you with the Photoshop files to work off from also. The site will be a photo hub of where photographers are able to share their high quality photos. Users will be able to rate, comment, like, and purchase other artists' work. Simplicity is key. Both for the website design and functionality of the site in the front end and back end. The CMS should be simple and user intuitive. I have purchased the domain name already. However, I will need to sign up for Amazon S3 web services to hold everything on the cloud. Also, for e-commerce, I plan on using [login to view URL] on the site so I will sign up for that once this is ready to go. Any insight on how I will need to get things done on the back end will be appreciated as I do not have much experience in web development and programming. I will provide log in credentials and whatnot for your developers and programmers so they are able to figure out the logistics. I tried to be as detailed as possible in the requirements on how I would like the site to be and with its functionalities but am sure I have missed some things.
