Design joomla website

We are looking for a professional freelancer to design a website. Website should be a joomla website. This website is for film and media industry services. We will provide list of pages, texts and some photos for the website + information on which pages to use them but we will not provide joomla template for the website. So we require complete website design. Website will be in Finnish language but we will of course help to understand what text is supposed to be where. Website will have two kind of users: companies and freelancers. Website should look fresh, modern and rather simple than ornated. It could look something similar as Apple MacIntosh users have used to look at. Before starting to work on the website design/template freelancer should send 3 different visual ideas (templates for example) that he thinks could be the best, so we can choose one of those ideas. After that freelancer can start working on the website. Please don't hesitate to make questions. Before you make a bid, please read and understand this project description. Make your bid only if you have skills and time to work in this project. We have already wasted our time on this project with freelancers who promise things but do nothing or some rubbish.
