Customize Vbulletin Forums Front Page Wordpress Skill

Our vbulletin forum is [login to view URL] . We wanted to change the home page so it is exactly as [login to view URL] (home page) 1) Graphics / would be similar to my current theme used 2) Top 4 Articles (newest) with graphics are laid out on top with the headers exactly like [login to view URL] (exact same layout) with # of comments and date etc (you can re-use same fonts too) 3) The remainder news will get moved down from there and our "Recent Posts" widgets and other widgets can be put on the right hand to have get the same layout as [login to view URL] 4) Everything the same including fonts / looks feel , if you can perform this and do it very very fast than please bid. I want fonts to look same as well, the layout of text, layout EXACTLY same. 5) From what I understand the front page would be a Wordpress theme for front page used so would need wordpress installation to make this work. This will turn into more projects after this with other customizations!
