Customize Shopify Template & SHARP!!! Clean Modern E-commerce Design

.....ABOUT US.... We run a webshop already... We are changing platform to Shopify and wish to be 100% live by 1st October! (IMPORATNT!!!) We now have a live Shopify unlimited account. Current site (not live): [login to view URL] We have tested all our payment processing and are learning the back office. We need some super sharp layout and design done. We want this layout [login to view URL] which is a Magento theme called 'Buyshop'. We'd basically like to duplicate this but allow for the fact that our site has various categories all containing multiple products. ADDITIONALLY (after this first development) We also have another website ([login to view URL]) that sells just one product and we will do that after this first site and use the same design layout. .....OBJECTIVES..... *****THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SHOULD BE SIMPLE, ENJOYABLE, FLUID & EASY TO BUY****** *****OUR EXPERIENCE SHOULD BE EFFICIENT TO MANAGE, QUICKLY CUSTOMISABLE, ENABLE US TO CONNECT AND FOLLOW UP WITH CUSTOMERS & MAKE MORES SALES!!!****** .....PROJECT..... You MUST HAVE direct Shopify design experience, keen eye for sharp web design and exceptional e-commerce experience. Must have completed projects on Freelancer, along with current references. There will be no exceptions in awarding this bid if you do not meet these requirements. • Design changes overall to template - original template to edit or custom coding up to you BUT we want it to look like this...([login to view URL]) • Colour scheme to match our company colour theme (see [login to view URL]) • Product page design to be tabbed to allow multiple windows of info but take up little space and MINIMAL SCROLLING for user • Allow product page social integration, sharing etc • Product options need to be very customisable (product options app) • Product upsell opportunities to allow us to cross sell on products (app will be added / tested after site is designed and up and running) • Product discounts (app will be added / tested after site is designed and up and running) • Require 'sign up' 'login' for our trade discount customers. When they register they get trade discount... must be trade • Signed up trade customers will be our marketing list (Mailchimp integration??) • Guest checkout... Not everyone has to register to purchase BUT if they register, they can get access to past purchase history • Checkout MUST BE EASY and fluid! Data should be saved and stored in case customer uses back button (do not lose data in forms etc) • After a 'trade customer' transaction is completed offer an incentive to get them to sign up to our mailing list which is used for marketing • Provide each customer with their purchase history of how much they have saved buying products from the site • Allow automatic emailing of a PDF attachment along with the invoice for the order • Shipping tracking & site integration for DHL, Fed Ex and UPS We have a budget but we will also consider the best designer / developer that suits what we want to achieve...
