Create simple gamebar

I want to have a toolbar created in the style from flashplay(dot)nl The F from the logo with under it "online spelletjes" these 2 words don't have to be behind each other. And beside this a position for a banner (468x60). under the complete bar there have to be some links. see the example image, I'm not a designer as you can see. this image only shows you the components that will be in the toolbar. when going over the mouse in the toolbar the link is a litle lighter. I need a design that has the same colors as flashplay(dot)nl and when the design is approved a sliced version in html. I do not have better images than the ones at the live site. the total size in pixels should be almost the same size as the example image, a little bigger (a few pixels) is not a problem. it will be used in an iframe, I need the html code to place the iframe as well, this Iframe should have a visible border that so you can see the banner, logo and links belong to each other. only respond if you can start directly.
